History of the National Football League, it's said that defense wins championships
The history of the National Football League, it's always said that defense wins championships. When the Denver Broncos and the Seattle Seahawks square off, we will have the league's top offense battle the No.1 defense. And while 9 out of 10 times the notion that the better 'D' will win serves true. Despite Wilson’s presence, poise and production, the Seahawks’ offense is built around running the ball. Seattle finished fourth in the regular season with 136.8 yards rushing per game with Lynch accounting for more than half (1,257 of 2,188) of the damage. A true workhorse, Lynch leads all players with 249 yards rushing on 50 carries this postseason and boasts a career 5.1 yards per carry average in the playoffs. Denver’s defense has been awfully stingy against the run lately (64.5 ypg, 3.8 ypc in two playoff games) and no doubt will be focused on bottling Lynch up at the line of scrimmage. Percy Harvin will make his appearance Sunday night, it could lead to big things for both Lynch & Tate and the Seahawks. I'am taking the Seahawks in Superbowl waiting for +3

PS. I WILL BE AT SOUTH POINT HOTEL & CASINO LAS VEGAS FOR SUPERBOWL WEEKEND [HOME OF THE LINEMAKERS TO MAKE MY 5K BET & ALSO LIKE 1 1/2 SACKS OVER ON MANNING FOR A PROP. BET

You'll never come close to seeing a 3.

History of #1 def vs #1 off = 3-1 for the defs.

I am with you on this one too! Would prefer +3, but don't think I will need the points!

Spread is moving in the wrong direction, but I will lay my $ on the Hawks at some point before kickoff.

Nobody that ever broke those fantasy football records won a ring. Stat padding is meaningless against a real defense.

This article was in J.J. Bascus Blue Card & Power Rating. I believe it was taken from Sports Grids? This is very well written I like share with you." "Peyton Manning is not a normal quarterback, and he has extra time to prepare. He has a whole season of Seahawks film to watch. He will know the most effective gameplan to beat this team.- The Seahawks haven’t been impenetrable outside of Seattle. For one, Andrew Luck played well against them (16/29, 208 YDS, 2 TD, 0 INT), and beat them. The Broncos’ pass offense is infinitely better than the Colts’.- The Seahawks’ rush defense hasn’t been great away from home. 163 yards (4.9 ypc) in San Francisco. 134/5.2 in Carolina. 151/4.3 in Houston. 109/3.8 in Indy. 200/5.4 in St. Louis. The Broncos are a pretty good rushing team, and will probably have success. The Broncos defensive line rates very highly against the run. It’s banged up. That’s a concern. But… they’ve looked good in limited action in the playoffs. If Marshawn Lynch gets bottled up, I think we can all agree we like Denver’s chances.Again, I think the biggest question is: Will Peyton Manning have an above-average game? If that’s your biggest question, I like your chances".

When it comes crunch time i believe that seattle is going to be forced to throw and i believe r. wilson will be able to execute those throws. Pete carrol not turning wilson loose to throw downfield is a mistake but dont think for a second that seattle wont be in this game in thr 4th quarter with a shot to win.
