My favorite play next week is PATS -7
My favorite play next weekend has to be the Pats -7. The Colts got very lucky on Saturday winning that game against the Chiefs. It would've been a different story if Charles never got injured in the 1Q and with all of the other KC players that got injured as well throughout the game. Even though Luck did have a decent game, he still threw 3 picks and let KC take a huge lead in the 1st half. However, Belichick will never that happen. The Pats will be well rested after the bye week and Brady will come put playing strong in the primetime game. The weather will be COLD, but nothing Brady can't handle. Also, the Pats running game has started to come together and should put up some nice yards against the Colts. I'm looking for the Pats to win with a score of 30-20 type of deal!

Dumb Logic...These quarterbacks are dead even right now IMO.. Fleener and Hilton are no slouches... Brady has Amendola, Eddleman and a couple others..

You my friend are spot on here. Indy will shrink up and croak against NE. Belicheck is the X factor and in a playoff home game you'd be silly to go against him. Hit the UNDER and hit it hard.

Hard to go against the Pats. 7 point is a lot in a playoff game.

These huge lines are always tough to cover in the second week with the top teams having a week lay off. I remember when the pats got smoked by like 30 against the ravens in this spot two or three years ago

Lol, not exactly. That was a Wild Card game. And the Pats were far from being a ''top team'' that season, too. Pats were a completely gutless team that year. While standing on the sideline next to Brady (during the MNF blowout loss to New Orleans), BB essentially said that he can't get the team to play with any balls lol.

The last two times the Pats have been ''in this spot'', they won both games by a combined score of 86-38.

Yep, and supposedly Bill loves this team and how they have overcome so much adversity. Good vibes here in NE and they should roll over a Colts team that is just not that good.

                                Summary:

                                - Favorites 2-2 ATS each year
                                - 4 outright losers as -9, -2.5, -7.5, -9.5 favorites out of 12 games

its very important for the Patriots to have a run first mentality in this game and be extremely physical.

And windy, according to Accuweather. Gusts 30-50mph (for Boston, anyway).
