I like it. That 54 stood out to me when I saw it, hanging like a chunk of cheese bait. Sticking to the "Saints suck on the road" theory, I think PHI holds them in the teens or low 20's and coasts home with a score like 27-20 at the most.

I just made a post in your other thread where you said 49ers would not win a game.

I like UNDER 54 too. Philadelphia played in regular season 5/8 home games under and New Orleans played 7/8 road games under.

yeah Lakerboy is hard to follow...
so far he has said
"Phillip Rivers is going to the super bowl"
"Bengals will win the AFC "
"Seahawks will win the super bowl"
" 49ers will not win a playoff game"
" Packers can't beat the 49ers"
" Saints will destroy Eagles"
" The super bowl will be Panthers vs Broncos"
I may have missed a few but it seems that his strategy is to predict every possible
outcome so he can bump a thread after the super bowl and get some sort of E-credit

Also, cold weather promotes lower scoring. Game temp might be in the teens by kickoff, since it's a night game.
Hey LT do you mind sharing why you like the pack +3?

Quite a few reasons actually. Packers with Rodgers and Cobb back as a dog in Lambeau is a nice start. I know I had previously said there is no way 49ers lose to Packers because of Green Bay defense, but I was assuming this line would be around Pick, so getting +3 is huge (especially with most shops at +2.5). Yeah what I said about crappy GB defense still stands, BUT the Packers are probably going to pass, pass, pass fully knowing they probably can't run with a gimpy Lacy vs. great SF run defense, and if Niners have a weakness defensively, it was the play of Carlos Rogers and Eric Reid in the secondary late in the year. So I am looking for Pack to basically outscore them, although a few defensive stops would be nice.

LT, do you really think Rodgers can hang 31+ on the #3 pass D in the NFL?
With Crabtree & Boldin together, 49ers now have two legit #1 WRs for the first time. They hung 30+ on GB 3 straight times with Matthews in there and with only one #1 WR. How are they going to do now with two legit #1 threats?

Green Bay is my big payout if they can win the Super Bowl, but I think SF wins this week for sure. SF quietly the best team in the NFL this season, mark down a SF/DEN Super Bowl, bet it while you can

Super Bowl losers are 0-5 SU and 0-4-1 ATS away Game One playoffs. Teams with less than 9 wins are perfect 6-0 ATS in week 18 WCR, winning 5 of those 6 games outright as underdogs.
First round playoffs favorites are 0-7 ATS if they won as favorites in same season head to head meeting in first 12 weeks of the season.

If you think any of this is meaningful, you're a moron. Niners roll and eventually win the NFC.

49ers pretty much depend on rush, since they are ranked 3rd in it and have 4th rush D. It's going to be interesting to see, how GB will deal with it. They also have 7th pass D, but since they are playing in Green Bay, I expect a close game.

I'm on the under. Weather and SD likes milking TOP.
Packers-Mcarthy-Fat, soft coach. Collapses on the field when they lose playoff games. Finesse. Soft. Weak.
49ers-Harbaugh-Tough-Defense-said "get the fukk out of my face" after owning some jew coach who got fired and tried to get in his face and make fun of him for not knowing the rules.
How could anyone take the soft Packers who need to beat the worst defense in nfl history to make the playoffs?
