already have some on eagles ml, but going to wait to play this live-in game to see how the flow of the game goes.. i just don't see eagles not getting their points... it'll be up to eagles D against orton (too much of a variable at this point before getting to see him play)

Yeah, it's his second year and first year really having the job. You are right though.
My point is, Orton can play. Just because you're a backup QB in the NFL doesn't mean you can't play.
