    Nick Foles Pro Bowl Snub
What a shame it is that this kid wasn't chosen for the Pro Bowl.

I mean, really, if Peyton Manning wasn't having a season for the ages, this kid would probably be front runner for MVP.

Foles has had significantly less playing time than every other top QB, and still has better stats than 90%+ of them.

Completes 64% of his passes, while throwing 25 TD's and 2 INT's, and he's doing all this while leading in Yards Per Pass Attempt. Come on, these are college numbers we're looking at here. In only his first real year as a starter, we're looking at one of the most impressive years a QB has ever had through 12 starts, ever.

Right now, there's only one QB playing better than Foles, and that's the Wizard himself, Peyton Manning. I've watched every Eagles game this year, and this kid is so calm, cool, and collected it's hard to think he's not a 8 year veteran.

Hopefully it won't be an issue and the Eagles make the SB so he can stick it to the man. Although unlikely, the Eagles are my dark horse pick with a much improved defense, while fielding the best offense in the NFC. Arizona also proved that Seattle is certainly beatable in their house, I just hope they get the chance.

Also, I forgot to mention he threw one of his two INT's in the worst weather conditions possible, 8 inches of snow.

Pro Bowl and MVP are fantasy football awards and popularity contests. Let the results speak for themselves.

Right. The guys above him are Brees, Cam & RW. One of these guys will probably be in the Super Bowl and be exempt.

or Foles is at the Superbowl which makes playing in the Pro Bowl a moot point.

Great point. Talk about a wild card. Solid D and underrated offense. Good road team. Eagles are flying below the radar.

I'm looking back over the history. It's common to find players with only 9, 10 or 11 games to make the pro bowl. In 2010, Shaun O'Hara (NYG) played only 6 games and made it. But to find a QB, I had to go back to 2002 when Donovan McNabb made the pro bowl with only 10 starts.

Also, Foles will have 10 starts after today. Plus, you gotta give him full game credit for coming in for Vick and taking the majority of the snaps @NYG, especially since he guided the team to a big win. So, he's really got 11 games under his belt, which is more than a pro bowler every year for at least the past decade.
