What a shame it is that this kid wasn't chosen for the Pro Bowl.
I mean, really, if Peyton Manning wasn't having a season for the ages, this kid would probably be front runner for MVP.
Foles has had significantly less playing time than every other top QB, and still has better stats than 90%+ of them.
Completes 64% of his passes, while throwing 25 TD's and 2 INT's, and he's doing all this while leading in Yards Per Pass Attempt. Come on, these are college numbers we're looking at here. In only his first real year as a starter, we're looking at one of the most impressive years a QB has ever had through 12 starts, ever.
Right now, there's only one QB playing better than Foles, and that's the Wizard himself, Peyton Manning. I've watched every Eagles game this year, and this kid is so calm, cool, and collected it's hard to think he's not a 8 year veteran.
Hopefully it won't be an issue and the Eagles make the SB so he can stick it to the man. Although unlikely, the Eagles are my dark horse pick with a much improved defense, while fielding the best offense in the NFC. Arizona also proved that Seattle is certainly beatable in their house, I just hope they get the chance.
