Play action, easy 20 yard pass to Dez
Romo dances around in the backfield for 9 seconds as the Redskins pass rush can't get to him
Romo breaks the Redskins saftey's ankles, and then throws a perfect pass to Dez for an amazing TD

Why can't they always do that?

If that dumb Haitian didn't do an illegal motion this game would be 14-10 and the over would be looking a lot better.
