If Cowboys beat Redskins, game would mean nothing to Eagles so they could pull starters.

Yes but Dallas won first meeting. Thus it doesn't matter if Eagles are one game ahead or tied heading into the Week 17 showdown, that game would decide the division regardless if Cowboys win this week. Now if Cowboys LOSE to Redskins, THEN this game would be important because Philly would then clinch with a win and make Week 17 meeting meaningless.

Yes so if eagles beat them if its tied week 17 wont they end up with a better record over all.. theyll be 9 7boys will be 8 8. 8 8wont go to the playoffs over 9 7. I dunno why my post said win lose or tie. I never put all that.

I know, you only put "lose", which is why I bolded it in my response and wrote "Fixed".

If Cowboys win this week, it already makes Week 17 winner take all, Eagle result this week would not matter.

Eagles will not want to lose another home game. The idea that they will play to lose is absurd. No one wants to lose the final home game of the season and piss of the home fans especially around Christmas.

Nobody said they will lose "on purpose", but they would pull their starters early if Cowboys win. That doesn't mean Eagles backups can't beat Bears starters, but I'd like my chances.

LT - Cousins is Night and Day compared to RG3. I watched the kid play at Michigan State... was always a sound individual. Kid has more talent than RG3. If Washington's D has a heart and shows up to play... Washington could win this game. It's not going to be a walk in the park for Dallas. Best of luck to you LT as always

And I am not implying it will be. But I like Dallas, so there is direct correlation to the Bears play.

Watched Washington last week vs Falcons. If Dallas defense doesn't show up they will lose to Redskins. Now counting on Romo to deliver is a different story. His confidence is very low right now and he is horrible in outdoor games.

As San Diego Fan I absolutely agree on the Oakland bet. Although I hope they win this game - I think it will be a very close game and should be decided by one possesion. Good luck to you boy.

Crazy they 10 point favs IMO. I think sd win but I think it more likely they lose than cover that number.

Yeah I think that's right, Oakland looked awful the last games, but I think they will be ready and fired up to compete in this division game. This line should be at 4 or 5 in my opinion, but the public seems to like teams that beat Denver and KC, but it is a completely different game today.
