d2 I agree with you, tackling around the league is terrible, this year in particular its almost as if coaches have forgot the basics.
However, I don't think with the exception of maybe the dolphins I have seen worse.

I think there's a few reasons:
1. The new rules make tough to know how to tackle.
2. In the name of staying healthy, nobody practices tackling anymore.
3. Offensive players are getting bigger and smarter.
