I figured there were some folks here that knew of unconventional ways to borrow money here.
I am looking to refinance my home and wanted to clear up all my debt before applying.
12-15k, a good amount but nothing too outrageous, and I have collateral.
I just do not want to have to deal with folks like Tony Two Toes, or take a hit on my credit to get a loan.
