How about Cleveland and Oakland?

Oakland had a minor golden age under Gruden and made the SB a year after he left for Tampa. Cleveland didn't have a franchise for awhile, tough to blame them for the Couch years. They're both in the mix though, yea.

Flutie Flakes was fun for a year or so. Mark Brunell won some for the Jags.
The Redskins are pretty disfunctional.

Houston is by far the worst franchise ever.

As much as I dislike the Texans, I can't agree here. This is coming from someone who also loathes the city of Houston.

Houston IS the worst franchise in the league. Like it or not. Their defense cant stop a beach ball, they have the worst QB combo in Keenum and Schaub, their coaching sucked donkey balls and their offense is not even College Football material. No clue how those retards won 2 games.
