I've never been a fan of Kubiak. I don't think he's a very good coach in terms of in-game decision making, and in the past he had the benefit of the strong defense, two thousand-yard rushers, and a QB that wasn't having a breakdown to mask those errors.

That said, in interviews, he's always come off as a great person so I hope he finds a role somewhere more suited to his talents.
