That is a terrible teaser. Stick to simple rules if you want to hit them consistently. Don't tease O/U and why would you tease a road team across 0? That is a losing play in the long run. Teasing home favorites to under 3 or home dogs to over +7 are your best bet, WASH+9 is much stronger play than KC+2.5. Regardless, goodluck.

Don't hedge with a teaser. Just hedge either the side or the total. I would just throw $200 on Under 46 (+100) then as long as NO+3 hits you are free-rolling with Over 40 with a small chance to middle (40-46)
