Intrigued at Betting. How to be Better at it.

Will admit, I am not the greatest person at capping or predicting games. Probably horrible at it but very much intrigued by it and would love to be better at it. People talk about systems or viewing trends to predict their selection. Hope this question is a good one and if people can suggest something to perhaps make me or us in general better at it.

Think its a question of information and perhaps it can help me and few or most other people in general.

People will not in the most part admit that they are not good at it either.
