I agree with this. Its just more that I got pumped all week for this game, sat myself up nice in front of the tv with a few brews and all I see is how Geico can save you 15% or more on car insurance. My soccer refereance was just an example

So can be the games in the NFL. It just depends what you are used to. Personally, I am not used to watch numerous commercials on how Viagra brings back joy in the bedroom, how you got to Live Mas, fancy toys by Honda etc. It can be annoying if you are not used to, so from that perspective, soccer games are way less irritating.

i love football but only when there a bunch of games on so i can flip back and forth, the prime timers are damn near unbearable. you get more closeups of douche-bag announcers than action..
