When I try to do a 13pt teaser it only gives me Dallas +2 when the spread is -9.5. What gives?

They shade the line to avoid the key numbers. The teaser line is diff from the reduced lines. They do that to reduce the exposure to key numbersComment -
Dal is -11 plus 115
So a 6 and 7 pt teaser will not cross 3 and 4. If they used 9.5 like the true line than a 7 pter crosses 3 to -2.5

is it only 5dimes that does this? because i am trying to tail someones teaser and they stated they have a 13pt teaser with dallas +3.5. would any large book allow that or is it from a local?Comment
