What have the Giants shown that says they can win this game? They lost 38-0 to a Carolina team and didn't play KC as close as Phi did, despite Philly turning it over 5 times against KC.
Philly's #1 in the league in Road Rushing and overall rushing and NYG is 19th in the league in allowed rushing yards at home.
Stats that scream something's really wrong with NYG:
Red Zone Attempts:
NYG have found the Red Zone a whopping total of 4 times in their past 3 games.
0 against KC
1 against CAR
3 against DEN
PHI has found the Red Zone 10 times in their last 3.
Turnovers:
NYG has not stopped the turnover problem yet. They've turned it over 10 times in the last 3 games.
3 TO's against KC
3 TO's against CAR
4 TO's against DEN
PHI turned it over 5 times against KC, but that's their only turnovers in the last 3 games.
3rd Down Conversions
The Giants are absolutely terrible on 3rd down conversion. Which is pretty much a miniature situation in a game where the pressure is on. They don't seem to have the heart to convert when it matters, and I think this is the kind of trend that snowballs into whether you can pull off a win when you need a late drive or not. If this game is close against PHI or they need a game winning drive, I don't know that they can get it even tho Eli has been the best. Here's the #'s:
1-11 against Denver
3-12 against CAR
1-14 against KC
That's 5 for 37 in 3rd down conversions over the last 3 games, or 13.5%.
Meanwhile, PHI has converted
5-11 against SD
3-10 against KC
8-16 against DEN
That's 16 for 37 for 43% over their last 3 games.
Someone educate me if this is not a spot for Eagles +3
