I think we might see a 23-20 type game that could go either way tonight.

No guarantees or locks, but that's just the read I'm getting personally. I wouldn't take the over based on what we've seen from these teams so far this season.

Over seems to be the pick more often than not. Even last night's low scoring NE/ATL game ended up ticking over at the end. I'm betting over... as for the line I'm not liking either side. I'll probably throw a little something on NO just so I have a side to root for. Certainly, not betting the kids' lunch money.

I like the dolphins +7 ..waiting to see if I get 7.5 but doubt it. Public hasn't really seen Miami but the addition of Wallace and an improved defense make them dangerous.

I could see that working out. Pinny's sitting at 7.5 right now, though, and juicing the shit out of the Fins. That's typically not a good sign for Miami backers.

Edmonton will be without sam gagner and ryan nugent Hopkins ..Winnipeg comes in completely healthy..this combined with the rule changes this yr makes them a very live dog. Winnipeg makes the playoffs this yr if they evade major injuries. above average goaltending and defense. Edmonton's goalie is crap with big pads..shorten them up he will be worse.

Do you really think that the injuries are not factored into this line, a line that they have had an entire offseason to put up?
Pavelec is also not above average, he's borderline downright awful. He's a bottom 10, I want to say bottom 5 goalie in the league and their team defense is the achilles heel of that team. I don't know how you could look at that team and the two strong points you pick out are goaltending and defense. Are you only looking at the names of the defensemen or what?

I took U55.5 (+116) just before the Dolphins scored their first FG to make it 7-3. From that point, the live total dropped all the way down to 43 and I went for a shower, liking how the game was playing out. 10 -> 31 points by the time I came back... Brutal.
