After last weeks dismal offensive performance - Pittsburg is going to present more wide package plays, play-action i.e. air-it out. Bengals have the offensive weapons to match. MNF center stage, if this game was in the "Steel City" I might lean larger to the 'under' but in Cincinnati the total has gone 'Over' 41 in all previous matchups.
At 40 you're getting a at least a point of value in my opinion. I'll take that any day.
