HOW do the chargers even come close to covering???

Houston is a very solid team, inconsistent at times but still, better than just laying 3 points against the chargers to open up. Rivers hasnt done anything impressive, nor has their running game which has all suffered from a dreadful line that has seen little improvement. Sd defense?? Maybe can contain houston somewhat, but with johnson, the newly appointed hopkins, and the foster tate duo it doesnt look promising.

Opening at 3 it just seems vegas is getting ready for the biggest cash out of the season....(Besides the TB game of course)

Need some expert insight to ride the chargers here.
