And why not? Playing behind one of the worst o-lines in the league, and he already made LFitz noteworthy again. Raiders are just beyond terrible if that's what you base Palmer's value on.

The real question is: How does Brady Quinn/Matt Leinart/etc still find jobs

Brady Quinn, Matt Leinart, Vince Young, etc are all out of football and are most likely done. Palmer is a journeyman at this point.
