Time for another season! Looking to uphold my plus-money NFL record on SBR Forum. Here's my record since I began posting my NFL picks here:

2011 Season: +32.17 units
2012 Season: +16.87 units

The 2011 season was a fluke. Trying to keep up that kind of record is pretty much impossible. But trying to match the 2012 season is a pretty reasonable goal, so let's see how it goes.

For the opening of the season tonight, I unfortunately don't have a pick. If I absolutely had to pick anything, it would be OVER 48, but that's too close to call to actually put any money down. The spread is dead on, as far as I'm concerned, so I wouldn't go anywhere near it. Sunday should bring plenty of picks, though!

Why so many picks? Especially on week 1.

Take a look at my past NFL seasons at the links in the first post. It's pretty typical of my system to have many picks. Didn't turn out so well this week, but as the Browns' new head coach said after this weekend's defeat, "there's still a lot of football to be played."
