Detroit absolutely destroyed today, so lost 1u ATS and 2u in the tease w/ PIT.
-3.35u so far this week. 9-2 this pre-season. Only solace (if we can play a little results-poker here) is the fact that it looks like BAL would have covered 4 (which we would have taken), but not 4.5 so good no-play on -4.5. Also SD playing it close in the 2nd half after getting blown out in the 1st and that was another game that would have been CHI-4-110 or SD+7-125 depending on the number. It didn't get to either so pretty good no-play again as this looks like a coin-flip right now.Comment -

1-1-1 today by the narrowest of margins, plus the SF/PIT teaser is still up.
Games this week, other than the Lions game have finished so close to the closing line. Oakland was a disaster all game but just when it looks like they came back and won it, penetrating safety and give up a drive to kick a last minute FG to blow the cover. Glad I took Minny on the 4 and pushed. Patriots I really thought I grabbed at -2.5 because I stared at -2.5 all week thinking I'd already booked it. Then last minute going over all my bets I didn't see it and realized I had just made a comment about it being a juiced 3 and I'd take it when it got back to -110. Glad they held on, but god the penetrating sweat.
Tomorrow we're on CIN, NYJ, GB, SEA, HOU, NYG and PIT in a tease. Down about 3.5 units on the week, but I feel really good about all these, except maybe GB and NYG, but we got good numbers on those at +4 and -1 respectively.Comment -

Because we're getting a FG, a backup QB is starting for WAS, WAS is over-rated after making a playoff run on the back of RGIII last year. PIT lost a bunch of guys but I really like they're 1st and 3rd round picks. I like that they're going back to running the ball. Just too much to like here with PIT ... I think they're the more complete and deeper team and this line doesn't reflect that.Comment
