If Matthew Stafford didn't have Calvin Johnson some people might rate him slightly above Mark Sanchez. He has an arm but so flawed mechanically and does a better job in garbage time than when it actually counts. Detroit is the biggest fraud in the league imo. They are poorly coached, undisciplined, their skill players ex CJ are below average and they play in a division with Arron Rodgers. Can't see them make the playoffs in this year's loaded NFC. If 8 is the number, easy under for me.

They lost every divisional game. 0-6 They lost their last 8 games of the season. 6th worst defense in the league by points given up. That was all with a healthy stafford.

How is the defense VASTLY improved? Yes, Quinn is nice to have. How many games will Fairley miss this year? I look for a regression for him.

Just my opinion, but Detroit will be fighting the Vikings for the NFC North cellar.
