With every game played this season in the NFL by Pittsburgh and Arizona each time they won the coin toss Arizona always accepted the ball first and Pittsburgh always deferred and kicked off to the opposition. - courtesy of Junkman's research on EOG.

Assuming that this is correct, [Cardinals to receive/Pittsburgh to kickoff] should be a pretty solid bet I would think..

Some books have this prop at very different value. Worth looking at anyway..
