with all the bad beats, bad picks and bad runs for days, weeks, months etc........ there is still no better money than money won. Isnt a good run the best feelin in the world? Ive built businesses, worked , had major successes and major failures. Fortunately more success than failure. But there is still no greater rush than goin on a run! Whats the best run you ever had...and please be honest no fish stories

This is an old one... About 20 years ago I was in college and I had 2 books. I got cheated on a game. I bet an nba game...think it was bulls and cavs... Seem to remember Ricky Sobers on the bulls for some reason!
Well he hit the shot that covered the spread. When I called book said there was a miscommunication and the line should of been 1/2 a point more. Making it a push....
Well me being a young guy in my 20's...I was extremely upset...
But I regained my composure, did not bet for 3 weeks. I then hit 8 nba games in a roll collected over three grand..was a lot of $ for me as a college kid and quit the book!
But later that year gave it all back on mlb....
to my other book.
