With Portis's partially dislocated they need to make a move, and I feel this guy can fill the void and get a few TD's while Portis is sidelined.

Well he will probably get most of the goal line carries. To limit Portis from a worse injury from them hard hits down on the goal line.

So if your into fantasy, maybe Clinton Portis value comes down a bit from a TD aspect, not just the injury one.

looker, in the 12 man keeper league i'm right now, it's very TD scoring heavy. what round would you consider taking him in, and remember portis will be back at some point.

Even with Portis back, you got to figure Duckett gets the work load down on the goal line.

Possibly around the 7th-8th round. But you got to pay attention to the way the draft goes, may have to adjust to the way people are drafting.

i was thinking 6 or 7th round myself, because it was such a TD based scoring system.

This was actually a great trade for everyone involved. Washington gets a more than adequate fill-in till Portis recovers and a great goal line back. Falcons get a legit receiver (even with all the baggage). Denver gets a decent draft pick and didn't need Lelie anyways. Good trade all around!
