Yeah, bet the max getting 3.1 to 1 and hedge it back on the Steelers laying 2.5 to 1. Easy Money. What idiot is laying these odds? Your local must be getting way too much lopsided action on the Steelers.Comment -

I like the Ravens half, but I'm not that fond of teasing a game that has a posted total in the upper 40's (Cards). If you MUST though, I'd prefer the Cards at +10.5 so that you cross two key numbers (7, 10).Comment -

#44What jumps out to me is why did the oddsmakers open this game at -5? EVERYONE knows, or will look it up, or will hear from the talking heads about the 2 previous matchups this year in which the difference was 3 & 4 pts. And then the line moved favorably for Balt to 6.
Just my opinion, but appears the line was set and moved to attract Balt action.
Tough to dismiss the affects of 18 straight NFL games plus the 3rd playoff game on the road for Balt. NFL teams playing their 3rd playoff road game in a row have a poor ATS record. Something like 15-28-1 ATS.
Last weekend Balt had a very physical game with Tenn and they looked worn out on the field(to me).Comment -

#45I just saw on sportscenter that Samari Rolle is not expected to play, and Terrell Suggs is a gametime decision.Comment -

Like I said, that Titans game took everything they had and I don't know if they'll have anything for the Steelers.Comment -

#47Latest on Suggs:
"I am optimistic, but we'll see," Suggs said. "I have never missed a game and I definitely don't want to start with the AFC Championship. Come Sunday, we'll see."
Suggs' replacement could be Edgar Jones, Jameel McClain or Marques Douglas. Jones is a converted tight end.
"I am not a doctor. But if there is something magical that they can stop me from using my shoulder to tackle somebody ... it's not like food poisoning. It's my shoulder and I don't want to mess it up worse than it already is. It would be unfair for me to tell y'all one thing now and do another. We'll have to wait until Sunday."
Damn. I am going to have to lay points if Suggs is gametime and Rolle is out.Comment -

#48Cougar what do you think about the over. 33.5 If Suggs and/or Rolle are out. Flacco may have to actually play offense. Pittsburg saw them punt punt punt last week. I do not think that this will be a run and punt game like last week. Fish played right into the hands of Baltimore. They just want to keep it close and beat you with the defense win there is pressure.
No pressure on Roth equals points. Score 24-13Comment -

#49Have to say I am with you on this one
I suspect Strictly will be in on this one as well.
Going with Baltimore. All the hype on Pit but still think 6.5- 7 a good deal.Comment -

#50If Rolle and Suggs are out, Pitt will pass at will and will win by 10+. Ben will have time to throw and receivers will be open. Not only that the only suspect part of the team (the O Line) will have it a little easier without Suggs around. Pinnacle, as for the under over, my initial lean on that was under 34. My buddy is playing the over, and I generally fade him because...well...he loses more than he wins. That being said, my previous comment points to a situation where Pitt may put up good numbers. The question is if Baltimore gets down, can they pass on Pittsburgh with a mediocre receiving core and a rookie QB who is only used to managing the game? I think it really depends on how you think the game will play out. I will post my plays tomorrow...and I really want to play Baltimore but those are two HUGE questionmarks...Comment -
