can ANYONE tell me why they are/were backing Denver?

I've been asking this all day and noone can give me an answer.. i know it's easy for me to boast about being on SD since they're currently WAY AHEAD, but i still would like to know what people's thoughts are/were on backing Denver...

Maybe this game will change and that will be my answer??

both teams have elite offenses. Denver's defense is worse, but 8 points is a heck of a lot.

Tatum bell scoring right off the bat, had Chargers fan scared for a sec. But oh wait, a missed extra point. Anytime you have something like that is bad karma. If we can score TD before halftime, we still have a minuscule chance of covering.

I'm glad I've already had six corona's in the first two quarters. On the bright side, at least this game would prevent Denver from further humiliation against Payton Manning.

I had some success with Denver in similar spots this season (at Atlanta, at NYJ), so I thought, maybe, they could do it again. Plus, I don't think SD plays well when they are favored.

That said, I knew Denver had to score 30, and once they punted twice in the first half, the game was over.

My theory would be this, it seems as though when a big named tout says that he has a "Game of the Millinium"
on tap folks will usually be drawn to that like a moth to a
flame. Yesterday, while I was cruising and purusing through the other"big name" forums, two of which are run by nazi's and bogus tout pushers themselves, I did notice that most of
the posters were all loading up on Marc Lawrence's game
of the year. Yes, you guessed it boys and girls, he picks the
Broncos. The Broncos???? You wait until the last week of the regular season to post up your "Game of the Year" and it's the Broncos?? With ALL of the value on yesterday's card and this stugats takes Denver. I saw alot of people praising this guy and that play. Personally, I believe that could of been part the reason. I didn't touch the side but was all over the OVER. The Broncos.
