Hope this makes sencse. I dont bet a regular amount on each game, tease, parlay or money line, SHOULD a person bet equal amounts to make money.
ie,
Giants +7 (100) really like game example_
Dallas +1 (50) eagles
Chic +3 (75)
Oakland/GB 6 pt teaser (60 to win 59 ie)

Denver +290 moneyline (45 to win ???))

And i'll only bet sports i enjoy, however most the time to nervous to watch.

No, you should bet a ratio of the positive expectation and the odds offered. The higher the probability that the side you pick will win the larger the bet size should be. Unless you are betting a very small % of your bankroll and you know your positive expectation is > 54%, then you can use a fixed unit size.

I'm guessing that your bet size is not a small % of your bankroll, otherwise watching the games would not make you nervous.
