    Hammer this Sunday Line
Buffalo +6. If you like money, you'll bet this! This next line is in honor of the much missed Keystonekid; if you pass on this bet you are a simpleminded person
    2011 NFL: 4-0 ATS
2010 NFL: 21-31 ATS (Stopped after Week 12)
    2009 NFL: 55-30-1 ATS
    2008 NFL: 57-36-2 ATS

    Overall: 137-97-3 ATS

I'm not crazy about the Bills in this spot, especially if the Chargers manage to pull the upset in Tampa, the Broncos will have to be balls out to avoid a virtual playoff game going into San Diego for week 17.

So, parlay Tampa ML with Bills +6. You'll be happy. If Tampa clinches the playoffs for Denver, the Broncos might let down and maybe even sit some players. That's the best scenario for the Bills to cover, might as well parlay it. Some books might not even allow it, because it is considered a "correlated" parlay and an unfair advantage to the bettor. But most books let it slide because this kind of opportunity happens so seldom.

Same thing with ATL/MIN. If ATL wins then CHI will play harder. If MIN wins then GB is the bet as the da Bears are eliminated. Problem is I like the Chargers to win straight up. I wouldnt roll TB into any parlay this week.

If you like the Chargers straight up, you can still find a similar parlay. Just parlay Chargers ML with Broncos ML, because if the Chargers win, the Broncos will be sweating bullets to win so they don't have to go into SD for an early playoff game.

If the Chargers win, the line for the Broncos game will jump 3 points. If you have a method of getting a bet placed in that time gap between the two games, you can probably earn an extra 20% on your bet for free.

What I am talking about in my previous post is called a "correlated parlay". Check out page 148-154 of Sharp Sports Betting by Stanford Wong for a further explanation. It's basically a textbook way of getting a mathematical betting edge based on little quirks this time of the year.
