Ok so the auto industry has gone to hell and Detroit residents are out of work and getting their houses/cars repo'd! Atleast they have the Lions around for some comedy relief! The Lions actually impressed the hell out of me last week in Indy with their effort and they should come out Sunday and play harder than the underachieving Saints! That OT loss in Chicago finished off the Saints season and they've been completely uninspired in alot of games this year when they were in the race!
I see Detroit jumping out early by a couple of scores then Brees wakes up and starts to abuse the 31st ranked/beaten up Detroit defense. RB Pierre Thomas doesn't take plays off either and will probably get 150 total yds and atleast a score! In my opinion if NO started him all year they would be in the playoffs! Lions QB Orlovsky played well last week and Calvin Johnson/Kevin Smith actually give this team some hope for the future!
Detroit jumped on Tampa earlier 17-0 in MoTown before falling apart and losing 38-20! I see the same kind of game here but closer and Over 50.5 being the solid play here with Detroit +7 as a parlay possibility! Both teams are 9-4 Over this year!
