ESPN's John Clayton reports that there is a "good chance" Anquan Boldin (shoulder) will miss Sunday's game at New England.

Clayton says the Cardinals' staff wants to give Q a week off after putting too much on his plate, which they think affected his play. They had Boldin playing QB in the Wildcat in addition to his normal receiver duties, and it may have impacted his focus. Boldin then banged his shoulder in last Sunday's loss to Minnesota. Thanks for your input rookie. Is this your first year betting? New England should be the play here. The last 2 weeks for the NFL you really need to watch who "needs" to win. Arizona DOES NOT CARE if they win or lose. Starters will not play the full game and will not play hard. Wasn't this obvious when they folded up LAST WEEK at HOME against Minnesota? Now they are playing in cold bad weather? They may choose to not even get off the plane!

ANYWAY, I like NE but not sure on the total. I could see an ugly game here because of the weather. I was kinda thinking NE 27 Zona 10. Any thoughts on the total? I'd like to know if anyone has any stats on points scored at New England in the month of Decemeber.

- 'Zona is 2-1 ATS against the AFC East this year.
- NE is 1-2 ATS vs the NFC West this year.

No way Arizona gets this: West to East coast, warm weather to cold, clinched the NFC West and a playoff berth already. They have some handicaps to overcome already by travelling cross country and changing climates to one that does not benefit passing teams, and they will be sitting some starters too. This game means nothing to the Cardinals, but it is a must win situation for the Pats.

Exactly my thinking. Homeless Coach is going to put together a solid game plan, and the Pats win by 10-12pts.
