The NFL should amend the pass interference call to state that if the ball is underthrown, it is at the umpires discretion to call only illegal contact(5 yd variety, auto first down) or pass interference (spot foul). That last penalty really was unfair because the Referees once again decide a game. To call that on 3rd and 7 for 38 yards was a bit too many yards for it to be justified in my opinion.
