I believe Bookmaker, DSI, etc, are the last books to have it at 45. SBRLINES was/is showing it at 45, but it may be off. Forgot the password for my bookmaker account.
I'm guessing it's probably available still at a few less popular sites. Not trying to post old lines or anything. Still like it at new total....looks like 5dimes has it at 45.5 -107 right now.
