Arizona makes the most sense as they have the best receivers available in place among teams needing a QB, and the most desperate need to address other positions through the draft. They just can't afford not to be drafting solid offensive linemen in the first 2-3 rounds. Other teams have more flexibility in their existing rosters to draft a QB early.
IMO, the only QB options worth drafting as plug & play starters in the first 2-3 rounds are Ryan Nassib and Mike Glennon as they have experience running a pro-style offense, the frame/skillset, and are the two smartest QB options in the draft. Geno Smith, Tyler Wilson, Matt Barkley, and Tyler Bray will all probably be taken inside the 3rd round due to need but they're less ready for the NFL.Comment -

We all know one team he will not play for and that is the 49ers. Smith made $5 million last season and is due to make $7.5 million during 2013.
Kaepernick will earn a little over $870,000 for the coming season. Talk about a bargain for an NFL starting quarterback.
