Super Bowl 47 Betting Recap with Doc from Legends: Doc Lost, Sharps Lost, Public Won
Doc, the Head Linesman at Legends Sportsbook, discussed the betting results from Super Bowl 47.

Doc says that he lost big but that other books might have won, and he said that the sharps, who favored the under, props correlated to the under, and the 49ers, probably lost in general, while the public, who was betting the Ravens and the over, won.

Thanks Peter and Doc for the insight....Nice piece.

Was also under the impression that with SF getting all the late money (line moving to -4.5) that this would help most books as the final 48 hours before gametime is when 80% of the money comes in.

nah, the guy that started the thread about them is a fukking moron who cant read...500 probation for a bit then everything but a few totals can be raised to a dime..just go to the site and you can read it yourself...14k players or so they have, a dime is okay for post up rec side of business...they have a very big credit side, which is usually what doc is referring to when he talks of a lot of money on a game...

its good you asked, because now you know and wont make a fool out of yourself again by laughing at something he said

Why did the sharps pick San Francisco? Was it because they convincingly won their previous game and covered the spread?
