Yes, but predicting the weather for Sunday on a Thursday is like predicting whether or not a team will cover the spread, you're only right about half the time.

I'd wait closer to game time. Every time I've ever made a preemptive weather play 3 days out it's sunny and beautiful and the game goes over in the first half.
