Both defenses are weak. LT gets healthy again against the Chargers weak run defense and Oakland gets a token score or two versus the weak SD pass defense. Take the over of 42.5.

25th D vs 27th D...I would pass on the under although I don't like over either with SD scoring a whopping 10 pts on offense at home last week and JaMarcus reads defenses like Stevie Wonder!

Both teams suck. This could easily be an over, SD has been struggling big time, but ATL and Indy are far superior to Oakland, Chargers will look like the Chargers from last year they might score a grip themselves. I love the under as well...because the Raiders cannot score touchdowns! I bet the Chargers put eight men in the box and force JRussel to throw, which is sure fire disaster for the Raiders offense. Ashley Lelie is out too. (Jruss's most productive receiver).
Oakland's defense seems to play tough for three quarters until Rob Ryan goes into predictable "4th quarter losing" prevent defense. Take the Chargers and the under!

Oakland averages 16 PPG, 18 on the road. Is SD defense better than average? No.

Oakland also averages 123 Rushing yards per game, to SD's 93.

I'm not saying Oakland will win but give them more credit or you might get burned.

Far from an L.....If OAK puts up 17 (projected to got a bit higher) than the ov41.5 is going to be problematic. Both D's stink. SD still has LT and Rivers....who may not be playing as well as they did last year, but against a bad DEF they may decide to hang 28 on a bad OAK team.
