I have found the people on here to be very helpful and usually know where to locate this information and have found that in past years have the link. Don't see anywhere in my question where I asked for someone to upload a pdf.

For what it's worth, according to the Twitter account that I located @LVSuperBook, it appears that they will be posted at 7pm tonight. Packets expected to be available on Saturday

It will not be available on the internet. Every book in the world is waiting for the release of the props also, and will have to walk inside the door to get the sheets like everyone else.
