It's the best bet.

I took the last ten games with their opponents, took away the two extremes and the OT game between the two, and came up with a number about 4.5 points short of the O/U tonight.

I could see Houston trying to light up the score board in front of the home crowd in their 1st ever MNF game. If they can put early points up Jacksonville will be forced to roll with them against a weak Houston "D" it could happen. Leaning toward the over. MNF games are 11-1 in favor of the over this year, hard to go against it.
