Denver just beat Cleveland by more than 14 and Cleveland is a much better team than KC and has a good defense.
Denver may pull starters with a big lead in the fourth which may be in the 20s, only to see KC get it back to 14. I don't think ANY teams pulls starters with a 14 pt lead because one TD makes it a one possession game and then if you put the Starters back in they are coming in cold.
