NY Giants playoff ?

Everywhere I am reading people are saying if giants win today and next week they get the wildcard. How can this be? None of the top 6 teams play each other in the last two weeks so how can the giants leapfrog if let's say Vikings bears and redskins win out?

They win both games and they are in though but thanks for your opinion. What I am really looking for is for someone to explain how the giants make it if Seahawks Vikings and skins win out?

I honestly don't understand it. I'm a die hard Minnesota Vikings fan and before this Sunday started we hold the 6th seed in the playoffs if it ended today. But, if we win out and the Giants win out we don't hold the tiebreaker anymore? I really can't figure it out.
