This is a good situational public fade in my opinion.
While I don't pay as much attention to public %'s on sides and spreads, totals are generally the way to go when you have a particular "lean" to offensive scheme.
I'll provide some reasoning: Jake Locker is a rookie that has turned it over on the season, and while he might be called to "manage" the game in this instance I do believe the Titans are going to turn it over under his guidance, providing some short fields for the Jets. Alternatively the Jets know their playoff hopes are in contention, and they are going to come to play, with offense, even so Mark Sanchez is a horrible QB and also has the propensity to turn it over, even so I see the Jets coming away with a victory in a game where there is more offense i.e. setting up the run for the play-action - than the type of 7-6 victories we've seen.
Under the key number of '41' I can see this game being at least 24-17 and more... obviously more. If you want to tease the game to the "over" I'd say that's also a good play.
