if it ppr you always start welker,,if not ppr more of a decision...te kinda a coin flip, both stl and aints gonna be forced to focus on stopping the run and both can be had by the te, lot more options on tb so maybe rudolph the way to go, but honestly think either give you a decent gm at least..
