NBC chose not to flex the Sunday night game
    so we're stuck with Eagles/Cowboys.

I can't figure out how NBC thinks this is an appealing game. There are at least five games being played on Sunday afternoon that are preferable (Steelers/Ravens again, Seahawks/Bears, Patriots/Dolphins, Bucs/Broncos, Vikings/Packers). Instead we get a 3-8 team missing its top QB, top RB, and top WR, against a 5-6 team.

In past seasons, this would be a decent draw, but this season even many of the fans of those teams have quit.

i thought it was too early in the year for the flex thing ...

if they didn't flex this game and they could have they are crazy. what are they banking on having good ratings just b/c the Cowboys are

    "AMERICAS TEAM"????

    crazy!!!

I would have picked Bears vs Seahawks as the prime time game.

Two irrelevant teams, probably phoney up the results to insure a competitive game.

If it was up to me, I would have moved the MNF game between the Giants-Redskins to NBC SNF.

BTW, for those who haven't heard, the NFL is thinking of flexing the Cowboys-Saints game to Sunday night, Dec. 23rd. They had scheduled the Jets-Chargers game on that night. Stay tuned.
