Quote from William Hill's Jimmy Vaccaro out of Las Vegas:

        New Orleans vs. Atlanta
"The Saints just scored. Bet the game over. It's going to be a high-scoring game where nobody stops anybody. No field goals. We're talking 80 percent scoring coming in the form of touchdowns. I truly believe the loser of this game will score in the 30s."

I don't think I cold bet over on 56 points. Maybe these teams play a little defence at crunch time of the schedule.

New Orleans Saints at Atlanta Falcons

-Won 15 straight November games until Sunday’s loss to the 49ers (momentum killer - other teams lost ahead of them in WC race)
-Lost three right tackles in the last four games (Zach Strief could be back, practiced some last week)
-The Saints are 0-2 ATS as a road underdog of 3.5 to 7 points since 2010
-The Saints are 1-2 ATS when playing on Thursday, 2010 and 2011 season openers, Cowboys on Thanksgiving Day

-Falcons are 11-0 when facing a first time head coach under Mike Smith
-Seven wins by seven or fewer points
-Gone 30-1 when Matt Ryan’s QB rating is over the century mark
-The Falcons are 2-0 ATS when playing on Thursday since 2010 (6-1 ATS since 1992)
-Outscored Jacksonville and Baltimore by a 37-0 combined margin in the first half in those games
-Very inviting schedule this year in terms of alternating back and forth

-The Saints are 11-2 SU against the Falcons since 2006, Snapped their perfect record earlier this year
-Mike Smith is 2-7 against the Saints (49-15 against the rest of the league)
-Teams that win the rushing battle in midweek games are 14-0 SU and 11-3 ATS
-Winning teams are 11-3 ATS in the first half in midweek games (195-45 advantage in those 11 wins)
-Saints won the rushing battle (148-46 in first meeting), won the rushing battle in four of seven meetings since 2009 (Ryan’s second year)

This time line came out with 55' and currently at 56 , there a reason why the point went up 2' from the first gm would you think . Just a thought . Good luck buddy and have a nice weekend....make the NGUYEN's pround .

Good video. Halftime line is pretty much 3-100 across the board now.

Jeff, if you could take 1st half -3-100 or -2.5-125 or Full Game -3-135, which is your play? I'm thinking -3-100 first half probably the safest play but wonder what you think.

.... Good stats...but I dont know how you can be advocating the Falcons so hard, with looking at some of the very stats you posted. The line is 3.5...they have 7 wins by 7 or fewer.. Don't you think the Saints are a formidable enough opponent to be one of those teams? Say they lose by 3? Not to mention Darren Sproles is back now......
