I was leaning under but bit on the over for some reason....i'd say it's more skill than luck....football comes down to a lot of tendencies and frankly the skill is fading when a number moves up or down. Public typically is stupid and reasoning some people put behind bets is stupid a lot of the time too. 60/40 skill-luck.
