Tampa under dog vs. Oakland?

I understand that they are on the road and have to travel all the way to the west coast. But seeing as they had a few extra days since they played on thursday, that perhaps, they would make the trip earlier. plus the game is 1 pacific time as opposed to 10am PT. I think Tampa Bay at plus money is the play here...what do you guys think?

Bucs is the play here for sure..also nice value add to couple of parlays to boost potential payout..Raiders will beat themselves with penalties or whatnot

Oakland stadium is second only to Seattle stadium in terms of odd happenings. This game and this game come to mind.
