Cold Weather System

Has anybody got any figures on either of these two systems...

1) COLD weather PLUS ARTIFICIAL turf surface goes OVER

or

2) SNOW on ground PLUS ARTIFICIAL turf goes OVER


From observation only, these seem to go pretty well.

I didn't think any at the end of the day. In the U.S., most of the artificial turf non-dome NFL stadia are on the coast, so it's not cold enough yet.

However, in the CFL I noticed how easy it was for the receivers to go past their man one-on-one after the catch when there was new snow on the field a couple of weeks ago. The wider, slippery field made it much more difficult for the defender.
