Jets are a sorry franchise. They had a superbowl caliber defense a couple years ago, with great WR's and a good running game. They got too cute and wanted to keep Sanchez as their QB. Should have brought in a veteran (not Favre), just like AZ did with Warner.

I really think Sanchez has no business starting a game again this year. Whether it's Tebow or McElroy for the last two games, whatever... At least giving McElroy the starts would let them know what they have in him so they know if they need to draft another QB in the spring.

The week he was benched for McElroy, there were comments re: how comfortable and ready he was to do just that.

I have very little doubt the jets win that game with Tebow at QB.

As horrible, and I mean absolutely horrible, as Tim Tebow is as a passer at the NFL level he only turned the ball of a grand total of 13 times last year (6 INT, 7 FMB) on 393 combined rushes/pass attempts. In no way, shape or form is Tebow even remotely close to a legitimate NFL QB, but he will not give the game away and usually manages to make one or two plays in a game that result in or lead to TDs.
